Burning but not Consumed

"..and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed."

When Moses saw the burning bush what attracted him most was that the bush was burning, yet was not being consumed. Though, God is also a consuming fire but this time He would prepare Moses as a deliverer and make his ground holy.

Child of God, when you stand on a holy ground, don't fear what man can do, the fire that sanctifies you consumes the enemy.

Yet when the fire ran across Egypt, first born of every living being and beasts in Egypt were left dead. The writer of Hebrews commended Moses thus: "By faith he left Egypt, not fearing the king's anger; he persevered because he saw him who is invisible." Moses' eyes saw the Invisible speaking to him from the fire. He saw the Invisible dealing with rebellious Pharaoh to a devastating surrender. So now who is Pharaoh, after you have seen the invisible? The same Moses who said of himself "Who am I, that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?" Saw the invisible and did the impossible!
